NetBeans fails to recognize and handle richfaces 4.0.0 libraries and artifacts

Several users have reported that when importing the 4.0.0.Alpha2 libraries into Netbeans it fails to recognize then, or provide standard auto-complete.  

Since we package all of our tag-libs and descriptors I am not sure if this is an issue with RichFaces or NetBeans.  I guessing we may need to have a configuration file moved or added.
