Some notes for M4:

attributes:
switchType -> toggleType
ajaxSubmitSelection -> selectionType = client (default) | ajax
nodeFace -> nodeType

not implemented yet: 
- all facets
- client-side event handlers
- behaviors support
- default rich:treNode
- DnD
- adaptors support
- data types other than collection of javax.swing.tree.TreeNode are not supported
- execute/render attributes
- rich:treeNode customization via attributes

new:
- if there's no rendered rich:treeNode for the particular node, then this node is not rendered 
- rich:tree got new "expanded" attribute
