1. deploy Metamer to Tomcat 6 http://nexus.qa.jboss.com:8081/nexus/content/repositories/releases/org/richfaces/tests/metamer/4.0.0.20101107-M4/metamer-4.0.0.20101107-M4-mojarra.war
2. open http://localhost:8080/metamer/faces/components/richToggleControl/simple.xhtml
3. set targetItem=item3
4. click toggle control on 3rd line "Toggle Panel Item"

result:
panel1 should change to "content of panel 3" but "content of panel 1" is rendered instead
