1. deploy Metamer to Tomcat 6 http://nexus.qa.jboss.com:8081/nexus/content/repositories/releases/org/richfaces/tests/metamer/4.0.0.20101107-M4/metamer-4.0.0.20101107-M4-mojarra.war 
2. open http://localhost:8080/metamer/faces/components/richPopupPanel/simple.xhtml
3. click button "Call the popup" 
4. try to resize popup (max 500x500, min 300x300)

result:
popup is not resizeable in IE7, works fine in Chrome and Firefox
