BeanValidatorUtils:

    * Determines JSR-303 validators from EL-expression of UIInput "value" attribute.
    * Creates ValidatorDescriptor for actual annotations, with optional parameters and message. Problem: custom MessageInterpolators. Do we have to provide JavaScript implementation for them too ?
