    Steps to Reproduce: 
1. open Metamer
2a. for M2: http://localhost:8080/metamer/faces/components/a4jQueue/simple.xhtml
2b. currently: http://localhost:8080/metamer/faces/components/a4jQueue/globalQueue.xhtml
3. fill in requestDelay=1500
4. try queue functionality using input box
5. turn queue off by checking rendered=false
6. try queue functionality using input box
FAIL: queue is still working, though there was set rendered=false for queue
