I have code that worked in RF 3.1.x but fails in RF 3.3.Final with
<rich:toolBar id="menuTlBar">
    <a4j:repeat id="menuRpt" value="#{sitenav.items}" var="item" stateVar="status">
         <rich:toolBarGroup>

causes exception: The component: menuRpt:0:j_id_jsp_405024795_2pc2 is not a direct child of UIToolBar
which does not make sense because it is obviously a child of the toolBar.
