In the last RF snapshot, it's impossible to choose a row in ordering list with mouse cursor. This behaviour occurs using JBoss AS 6, JBoss AS 7, Tomcat 6 (MyFaces, Mojarra) and it can be reproduced in Metamer (faces/components/richOrderingList/simple.xhtml) and example downloaded from https://github.com/richfaces/dev-examples/tree/develop/input-demo.
