----------------------------------------------------------

After discussion with Brian,

we have decided to take component as the smallest piece, so once one of source is modified, all resources will be processed again (abstract component Java source, template, faces-config, etc.).

This will allow us to cache whole library model and then apply component in right order.

> To speed-up development builds, CDK should record "last modified" time of source files in the model. Generated file should be written only if target does not exist or its modification time is less then recorded for source files.
