1. deploy Metamer and open http://localhost:8080/metamer/faces/components/richPopupPanel/simple.xhtml
2. set shadowDepth=30
3. set shadowOpacity=0.8
4. open the popup panel

result:
panel has default shadow - 6px with opacity 0.1
