1. deploy Metamer and open http://localhost:8080/metamer/faces/components/richTabPanel/simple.xhtml
2. set style="width: 200px;"
3. check the style attribute of the panel

result:
style attribute is set to "*width: 200px;;width: 100%;*" instead of "*width: 200px;*"
