This can be related to following issue with subTable: it seems it doesn't store the state, please try this:

1. open http://localhost:8080/metamer/faces/components/richCollapsibleSubTable/simple.xhtml
2. choose @expandMode=ajax
3. click Toggler next to the Men
(the Men are hidden but Women are still there)
4. use Rerender All (or Full Page Refresh) buttons
FAIL: both of the subtables - Men and Women - are hidden
