Similar to RF-9924.

Currently, the meaning of the naming is

Expand - "the one which is collapsed and may be expanded" = Collapsed
Collapse - "the one which is expanded and may be collapsed" = Expanded

By renaming attrubutes to:

@collapsedIcon
@expandedIcon
@collapsedLabel
@expandedLabel

and the generated clientId in markup of toggler to

:collapsed
:expanded

we will avoid confusion.
