Several problems related to wrong relative file paths.

{{faces-shade-transformers}} got {{outputDirectory}} parameter.

{{richfaces-components-ui}} module was fixed.

Assembly configuration files are preprocessed with resource filtering to be filled in with correct absolute paths.
