To success with the workaround No2, put the tag NOT inside the header, otherwise we're getting some javascript errors. At the end of the <body>, it is working. Lukáš Fryč also suggests that at the beginning should also work.

Yes if you want but I think I'm not the best person to explain the problem of the resourceMapping.
