This is a fairly large feature request that has wide range of effects, and just is not going to make it for 4.1.

There are also fairly well known ways of handling this by developers because it is such a domain specific problem.  

We would like to look at this in the future, but right now we're not sure.  Any ideas, or suggestions please post to the dev forum.
