Grigoras Cristinel commented on RF-12170:
-----------------------------------------
Hi,
I have one application with very complex interface (based on Richfaces + Seam 2 + Jboss).
I have many popups to make selections, some pages are using 5 ,6 popups (rich:modalPanel).
The popup component is unique in template(#popup), and the content is included and changed based on ajax request.
I make a branch to test upgrading (Richfaces 4 , Seam 2.3 beta , Jboss 6).
The result for ui:include was:
1.the content of popup is not updated. Is working only when i set javax.faces.PARTIAL_STATE_SAVING to false, (my pages are heavy and i can use some optimizations).
The src in background bean is changed by ajax request but the render action show old values for ui:include src value.
2.The popup is not loading resources for rendered components. (example rich:inputNumberSpinner not working inside ui:include).
3.Navigation inside popup is very good, no other jsf library is doing that. (I call the same popup inside many pages)
I have others problems with upgrade but this are hard to rewrite.
I have tried to change to primefaces but i miss this features.
