Step to reproduce:

Note: this is the GlassFish version with CDI (WELD).

1)Install the workbench - Please read the readme.txt file
  1.1 got to http://localhost:8080/NestedWeb/index.html
2) Click on "Items Management" tab
3) Enter a number and press "New List" - A list should be appeared in newly tab with a close button
4) Close the tab by clicking on the button of the dynamic tab
   You should get the error as described above.
