Currently, topic needs to be initialized by {{TopicsInitializer}}, refer to
https://community.jboss.org/wiki/StartingWithRichFacesPushOnVariousServletContainers#Push_Initialization__Topics_Creation

This issue should be also fixed by RF-11483 in {{4.2}} cycle.

Ibrahim, could you please give a try to latest {{4.2.0-SNAPSHOT}}?
