    Steps to Reproduce: 
- deploy Metamer
- open http://localhost:8080/metamer/faces/components/richHotKey/orderingList.xhtml

*IE 9*
- click on an item in rich:orderingList
- press Alt+X -> browser's action is invoked (the item should be moved to the bottom of the list instead)

*Google Chrome* / *IE 9*
- set key attribute to "ctrl+w"
- click on an item in rich:orderingList
- press Ctrl+W -> browser's tab is closed
