Hey guys,

I tried to reproduce issue on [this|https://github.com/richfaces/qa/tree/RF-12421] qa repository branch. *I did not reproduce it.*

I tried both Mojarra and MyFaces (in the footer example is declared but not used tomahawk namespace).

The example consisted of:
# copy of showcase sample and included user footer - [facelet|https://github.com/richfaces/qa/blob/RF-12421/metamer/application/src/main/webapp/components/richMenuGroup/rf-12421.xhtml]
# slightly altered footer - [composition|https://github.com/richfaces/qa/blob/RF-12421/metamer/application/src/main/webapp/components/richMenuGroup/rf-12421-footer.xhtml]
# [dropDownMenuBean|https://github.com/richfaces/qa/blob/RF-12421/metamer/application/src/main/java/org/richfaces/tests/metamer/bean/rich/RichDropDownMenuBean.java]
# [bean|https://github.com/richfaces/qa/blob/RF-12421/metamer/application/src/main/java/org/richfaces/tests/metamer/bean/issues/RF12421.java] for footer messages

Adam, could you please confirm that the example is the same as yours ? What JSF implementation are you using ?
