Outstanding impl issues and use cases:

* multi-form usage
** let's do not render the "placeholder" component and add a specific components to each form
** alternatively, we can render for each form render event
* {{delayed}} attribute
** --check for one focus per form--
** use use-case driven development
** possibly there could be still just one focus per form
* testing {{ajaxRendered=false}}
