Don't work nice -  look into next my attachment :(

Steps to reproduce a bug:

1. Open http://showcase.richfaces.org/richfaces/component-sample.jsf?demo=popup&skin=blueSky
2. Push button: "Call the popup"
3. Ctrl + mouse scroll down (1 position  !!!!!! )
4. Grab popup with mouse cursor and move left, right, up, ....  => popup width is decreasing
