In fact, {{JavaScriptService}} include scripts to be executed within {{<oncomplete>}} section of partial update.

But it is added only in case when AJAX was triggered from RichFaces component.

In the case of attached sample, {{f:ajax}} was used to trigger partial update of {{rich:message}}. When it is changed to {{a4j:ajax}}, the sample works fine.
