When there is an exception during ajax request the DeferredEndingPartialResponseWriter.finallyEndDocument is not called.


This may be a bug of JSF http://grepcode.com/file/repo1.maven.org/maven2/com.sun.faces/jsf-impl/2.1.10/com/sun/faces/context/AjaxExceptionHandlerImpl.java#208

As there is no finallyEndDocument call.
