having trouble remembering. I got pressed for time and had to move on quickly because of these unrealistic deadlines I'm up against right now.. but i moved the f:ajax in to production as it was function correctly. In my demo environment this morning i went back and switched out the f for a4j. and watched with developers tools. I think the call is being fired but something is up with the way the validators are processed and i have yet to figure it out. I apologize for not being more help with this.
