    Steps to Reproduce: 
# clone https://github.com/papousek/richfaces-sanbox/tree/RF-12794
# package the application, deploy it and open http://localhost:8080/richfaces-sandbox-jee6/ using IE 8
# move cursor over the "ACTIVE TEXT" (in "a4j:jsFunction is not inside h:form" section)
