    Steps to Reproduce: 
# deploy Metamer and open http://localhost:8080/metamer/faces/components/richPopupPanel/rf-13052.xhtml
# set @visualOptions to 'left:1' or 'left:1px'
# open popup panel
** expected: popup panel will be placed on the left side
** have: popup panel is in the middle of the page (default)
