Afaik the mime-types should be loaded from [mime.types|https://github.com/richfaces/richfaces/blob/master/build/build-resources/src/main/resources/META-INF/mime.types] file, but it's not seem to be used in the project. It wasn't used in 4.3 branch either, so I'm not sure whether it's loaded dynamically by any of associated tools in Resource Optimizer toolchain.
