The suggested fix works fine: switch from default CSS 2.1 to CSS 3

It means we will upgrade from CSS 2 (used by cssparser:0.9.5) to CSS 3 (not used by default by any of those, defined starting with 0.9.8).

We can always downgrade implementation of parser to CSS 2 (but staying on csspraser:0.9.11).
