I have tried on a [second sample - CDI Push|http://showcase.richfaces.org/richfaces/component-sample.jsf?demo=push&sample=pushCdi&skin=blueSky].

I didn't meant to use full-page reload for refreshing UUID, but rather a mean to force browser to load all resources from scratch without leveraging cache.
