tests were configured to use following welcome file configuration:

{code}
.welcomeFile("faces/index.xhtml")
                    .welcomeFile("index.jsf")
{code}

but wildfly didn't accept anything else than

{code}
index.jsf
{code}

and JBoss AS didn't work on anythung else than 

{code}
faces/index.xhtml
{code}

as a workaround, I have made the usage of welcomefile conditional.
