{{bean.list}} has more than three items, {{bean.page}} is initially 1

*Expected behavior*: clicking the button shows the second page
*Observed behavior*: the correct page is selected on the datascroller, the repeat still shows the the first page

The expected behavior can be achieved if:
* the {{<a4j:outputPanel>}} is removed (substituting it for something else doesn't work)
* the {{<rich:datascroller>}} is put before the {{<a4j:repeat>}}
