>From your stacktraces and facelet files, it seems as though you are using a mix of RichFaces, PrimeFaces, and OmniFaces.  Please check whether you can reproduce this issue with RichFaes alone.  This will tell us whether we have a problem with our Fileupload component, or whether there is an interop problem with the other libraries.
