    Steps to Reproduce: 
# build and deploy metamer
# load http://localhost:8080/metamer/faces/components/richTabPanel/rf-13278.xhtml
# click the "click me" link in tab1 content
# the tab2 header is updated with ajax to "1 clicks" (correct)
# switch to second tab
# the header of the second tab is changed back to its initial state "0 clicks"
