Validation of {{popupPanel}} attributes like:
* width
* minWidth
* maxWidth
* height
* minHeight
* maxHeight
should be in place, to avoid for example user setting {{width}} to 0.

The documentation for {{minWidth}} is describing a state when an {{IllegalArgumentException}} is thrown, however, no exception is thrown at all. 
So at least we should remove these discrepancies.
