The docs will be kept in a separate framework from the framework to enable us to de-couple the docs release from the framework release.  It is often times convenient to update the release docs while the staged framework is undergoing QA.

-When the re-factor is complete, we should consider merging the docs repository into the richfaces repository under a _docs_ folder.-
