1. maven-selenium-plugin fails to launch FF 3.5 on my PC - I'm getting the same problem as in http://jira.openqa.org/browse/SRC-494 - none of the workarounds worked, so I've added code to start Selenium server just in tests and can share it for review
2. Please take a look at attached file for tests failing on my environment - note:
a) Hash checks failing for generated images - I guess Win have different font glyphs
b) Localization issues
c) Encoding issues
