Archetypes need to filter and update the version in /src based on project.version not hard-coded to -SNAPSHOT

Right now most of the archetypes have 4.0.0-SNAPSHOT versions hardcoded into them.  This means that even with release they will use SNAPSHOT.  

We need to have the archetype build use maven filtering, or something like that to update the references based on the project.version of the release ( not the version that the user enters to make the archetype, but the richfaces version ).
