Metamer tests contains only known bugs (the same as in trunk), all of them are bugs in tests not in components.

Docs builds fine.

I fixed richfaces-4.0-release-build-examples which runs fine and removed richfaces-4.0-release-examples from RF-Rel view.

TODO kicker should be fixed in next version (M3)
