The other archetypes can just be tested that the projects created successfully and can be built.  Any more detailed testing can be added at a later date.  

As for snapshot - what I think should happen is that you ( or someone ) should copy the job you created and just modify for snapshot.  These builds should then be in the http://hudson.qa.jboss.com/hudson/view/RF-4.0/ view.  That way we'll have regular feedback on the builds as changes are made.
