Selenium + IE combo makes it difficult to automate Tooltip, dragSupport, colorPicker, fileupload testing because it depends on clicking into exact position. It's going to require significant amount of time to fix these problems which I don't think is worth fixing for 3.3.X code and timeline. So please add these tests to tested manually as part of release testing
