Issues with IE was mostly solved and changes from IE branch was merged back to 3.3.X branch (RFPL-334).

Tests aren't partially interoperable, but we can use testng.xml class parameter ('internet-explorer-enabled' = false) to disable the tests, so on the Windows these won't run for whole test suite.

Tests cannot be run from Hudson (RFPL-335), but are running from Winland machines (local Hudson installations are polling SCM every 8th hour as Hudson jobs do).
