JBoss.org team has just created a location and process for hosting jboss schema's and dtd's within the infrastructure.  

http://jboss.org/dtd
http://jboss.org/schema

The process for using and uploading to there is internal, but this is the way we should go with this.

 guess it would be better to change URL's for our schemas to something
like http://jboss.org/schema/richfaces/**.xsd .
