The sample data that needs to be parsed and reported is http://hudson.qa.jboss.com/hudson/view/RF-QE/job/richfaces-4.0-testapp-tests-pagespeed/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/richfaces-4.0-testapp-tests-pagespeed_N28_Wed%20Jun%2030%2012%3A26%3A45%20EDT%202010.zip The plugin should parse this report from last x builds  and show improvement/regression . Let's use this jira to do planning on how this plugin can be developed and how long it will take.
