I have created, and reorganized the RichFaces hudson views into the following views:

** RF-QE Moved many jobs out of RF-3.3 to here - up to QE on what to do with it, but need to understand goals and plans so we get the most out of the functional testing work.
*** RF-Dash is a test for a dashboard view for RF builds.  Adding only high level builds for 3.3.X, enterprise, 4.0.  

I have also cleaned up the public hudson https://hudson.jboss.org/hudson/view/Richfaces/ and created tasks for reviewing jobs that need to be updated, moved, or removed - RFPL-458

Also all critical builds for 3.3 and 4.0:
 - Send emails to our internal list
 - Have triggers, and use the correct version of Maven, and JDK
 - I have attempted to get twitter updates working, but have not had much luck.
