Review the attached Component_Reference_Alpha2.pdf for technical correctness. Attach reviews and assign this Jira back to Sean Rogers when complete.

Note the following:

- Due to deficiencies in the PDF rendering, I have had to produce this PDF by printing to file from the HTML pages. Please ignore the weird layout, hopefully this will be fixed before GA.

- Many of the events are referred to with "on" in front, such as "onclick". I've since been informed that for JSF2 the "on" should be dropped. Please confirm the correct usage.

- As per https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/RF-8634 I have added a section for <a4j:hashParam> but it is incomplete at the moment. I need more information on this component, please provide a brief right up of its use.
