Create docs folder appropriate for the upcoming 4.1 release

The current folder structure of the docs folder looks like:

	latest_4_0_X/	11-Apr-2011 10:04	 -

There is no where appropriate to place the 4.1 docs.  New folders/links called {latest|nightly}_4_X should be created, to accommodate the 4.1 and future releases.

The existing *_4_0_X links are possibly linked to externally, and so should not be dropped.  They could be left pointing to the 4.0.0.Final documentation, to maintain consistency.
