Commited tests for pickList component, but component itself seems to be quite broken right now. I'll discuss last changes with Brian and then eventually update tests to reflect current behavior - if I get confirmation that it is supposed to behave this way.

Some examples: when add item into target list and try submit, only "richfaces" string/item appear in target list (instead of picked item), and valueChangeListener handler indicating (as well as default output indicator) that only "richfaces" value was submitted.
If then select another item, or more items and submit again, again only "richfaces" item appear in target/output in count of selected items (if add 3 different imtes, then the "richfaces" string appears in target list and in output indicator 3 times)
