Basically all issues in {{functional-test}} affects only {{3.x}} versions,

while {{unit-test}} component includes:

* JSF unit test development (for lot of components)
* qunit test development (for lot of components)
* resource plugin test development
* Push test development
* testing with PartialStateSaving off
* some disabled tests
